Information on Performance Parts
The CPSC and Federal DOT regulate the performances and function of our unit to the age range for which we market the unit. ETON manufactures our unit in full compliance with the CPSC, ANSI and Federal DOT standards set forth by these agencies for those age groups. As the manufacturer, ETON is forbidden by the CPSC and Federal DOT from offering performances enhancements that will alter the original designed performance of our units.
