The CPSC has recently classified youth ATVs for children 12 and younger in the same category as small kids' toys. This regulation requires testing for lead and other materials that could be harmful to small children.  Due to this regulation, E-TON, as well as most other youth ATV manufacturers, has suspended selling the units listed below until the tests are complete and updates are made to comply with the new CPSC rules.
